What the hell is THAT?!
Sitting on my patio the other night, I noticed this lone flower budding in the hill side that separates the two flat portions of the yard. It was all by itself and rather striking looking as you can see. So I thought this might just be a good excuse to break out the new DSLR and try a few pictures. I didn’t manage to stay as steady I would have liked but these are the best of 20+ pictures. If someone out that can identify this flower… there might just be a prize in it for you.
