Waiting in line at the local Lowes Home Improvement store, a magazine cover caught my eye. A big ol’ meatloaf wrapped in bacon. Below the photo the words… stout and cheddar leapt out! My three favorite things all in one. A little more time-consuming than most meatloaf recipes – its still a wonderful meal on a cold winter day.
