Red Roquefort Dressing
Just the stuff you need
- 1 cup Roquefort (or Blue) cheese
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 2/3 cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
What to do with that stuff
Mash cheese with a little oil. Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, vinegar and balance of oil.
Bland well until creamy.
