This offering from the folks at Jacob Leinenkugel Brewing Company (Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin) is a Winter Warmer that comes in soft at 4.90% ABV. Again, Leinenkugel misses the mark for me.

The UK again delivers a fine beer. The Whitbread PLC offers one of the best stouts I’ve ever had. Not the best… but damn close. At 4.90% ABV – it’ll do you right all night long. As a milk stout, it has no equal.

Initally, I assmued this was a tradtional Märzen. This “Octoberfest” from Harpoon is not a true Märsen actually a American Amber… still has a very familar ABV of 5.50%.
